What exactly is the RESET Programme?

RESET is a results-driven coaching programme for women over 30 who want to lose weight, feel stronger, and regain confidence—without turning their lives upside down. You’ll get tailored nutrition goals, a flexible workout plan (home or gym), and ongoing support that fits around your schedule, kids, work, and everything in between.

Do I need a gym membership or equipment?

Not at all! RESET is designed to meet you where you are. You can train from home with just your bodyweight—or use dumbbells if you have them. If you prefer the gym, there’s a version of the plan for that too. It’s completely flexible.

How many times a week do I need to train?

You choose! Whether you can train 2 days a week or 5, your plan will be built around your life and what’s realistic for you. The key is consistency—not perfection.

I have a hectic schedule. Will I have time for this?

Absolutely. RESET is created for busy women juggling work, kids, and life. The workouts are efficient (as little as 25 minutes), and meal planning tools will save you time—not add more stress.

Will I get a meal plan?

No generic meal plans here. Instead, you’ll get bespoke nutrition goals and guidance tailored to your body, preferences, and goals—so you learn how to eat in a way that’s realistic, flexible, and sustainable.

Is this suitable if I’m perimenopausal or dealing with hormonal changes?

Yes! RESET is specifically designed with women 30+ in mind. That includes hormonal shifts like perimenopause or post-baby changes. Your plan will consider how hormones affect energy, recovery, and fat loss—and how to work with your body, not against it.

What kind of support will I get?
