Bespoke coaching means everything is designed just for you. Your nutrition plan, training programme, and the support you receive will be completely tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and personal challenges. There’s no ‘one-size-fits-all’ here—it’s about finding what works for you.

How much does bespoke coaching cost?

I understand that investing in your health is a big decision, which is why we’ll have a free consultation call before any payments are made. This gives us a chance to chat about your goals and ensure my bespoke coaching is the right fit for you. Coaching is £150 per month, or you can block book 3 months for £400.

I’m over 30 and feel like my metabolism has slowed down. Will this work for me?

Yes, absolutely. As we age, our bodies and hormones change, which can make weight loss feel harder. My coaching takes this into account. We’ll work together to adjust your nutrition and exercise in a way that supports your body, helping you see results without extreme measures.

What if I’m not confident in the gym or don’t know where to start?

That’s okay! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, I’ll design a programme that suits your comfort level—whether at home or in the gym. You’ll get easy-to-follow guidance, s well as video demos so you’ll always know exactly what to do.

Will I get a meal plan?

Rather than giving you a strict meal plan, I’ll guide you in creating flexible, balanced meals that suit your lifestyle and tastes. This approach helps you learn how to manage your nutrition long-term, rather than relying on rigid plans.

How much time do I need to commit?

We’ll build a plan that fits your lifestyle, whether you have 15 minutes or an hour. The goal is to make this work for you, so it’s realistic and achievable—even on your busiest days.

What if I have hormonal issues like PCOS, perimenopause, or thyroid problems?
